يجب عند حرق أى نوع من أنواع الوقود أو غيرها سواء كان فى أغراض
الصناعة أو توليد الطاقة أو الانشاءات أو أى غرض تجارى آخر ، أن يكون الدخان
والغازات والأبخرة الضارة الناتجة فى الحدود المسموح بها ، وعلى المسئول عن
هذا النشاط اتخاذ جميع الاحتياطيات لتقليل كمية الملوثات فى نواتج الاحتراق المشار
إليها ، وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون تلك الاحتياطات والحدود المسموح بها
ومواصفات المداخن وغيرها من وسائل التحكم فى الدخان والغازات والأبخرة
المنبعثة من عملية الاحتراق .
