تلتزم جميع الجهات والأفراد عند القيام بأعمال التنقيب أو الحفر أو البناء
أو الهدم أو نقل ما ينتج عنها من مخلفات أو أتربة باتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة
للتخزين أو النقل الآمن لها لمنع تطايرها وذلك على النحو الذى تبينه اللائحة
التنفيذية .
