Article 36 of the Environment Law

لا يجوز استخدام آلات أو محركات أو مركبات ينتج عنها عادم أو ينبعث منها دخان كثيف أو صوت مزعج يجاوز الحدود التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
ومع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون المرور الصادر بالقانون رقم 66 لسنة 1973 يجوز لمأمورى الضبط القضائى من ضباط شرطة البيئة والمسطحات المائية وقف تشغيل أو تسيير الآلات أو المحركات أو المركبات وسحب تراخيصها لحين إزالة أسباب المخالفة.
