Article 89 of the Prisons Organisation Law

لمدير السجن أو مأموره أن يأمر — كإجراء تحفظى —
بتكبيل المسجون بحديد الأيدى إذا وقع منه هياج أو تعد شديد ، وعليه أن
يرفع الأمر فورا إلى مدير عام السجون .
ولا يجوز أن تجاوز مدة التكبيل ٧٢ ساعة .
