لرؤساء ووكلاء محاكم الاستئناف والمحاكم الابتدائية وقضاة
التحقيق حق الدخول فى كل وقت فى السجون الكائنة فى دوائر اختصاص
المحاكم التى يعملون بها .
ولرئيس ووكيل محكمة النقض حق الدخول فى جميع السجون .
وعلى إدارة السجن أن تبلغ الملاحظات التى يدونونها إلى المدير العام .
