تنفذ عقوبة الاعدام داخل السجن أو فى مكان آخر
مستور بناء على طلب كتابى من النائب العام إلى مدير عام السجون يبين فيه
استيفاء الإجراءات التى يتطلبها القانون .
وعلى إدارة السجون إخطار وزارة الداخلية والنائب العام باليوم المحدد
للتنفيذ وساعته .
