على إدارة السجن إخطار وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية
والعمل بأسماء المحكوم عليهم قبل الإفراج عنهم بمدة كافية لا تقل عن شهرين
لكى يتسنى فى هذه المدة تأهيلهم اجتماعيا وإعدادهم للبيئة الخارجية مع
بذل كل أسباب الرعاية والتوجيه اللازمة لهم .
