يجب على مدير السجن أو مأموره أو الموظف الذى يعين لهذا الغرض قبل قبول أى انسان فى السجن أن يتسلم صورة من أمر الإيداع بعد أن يوقع على الأصل بالاستلام ويرد الأصل لمن أحضر السجين ويحتفظ بصورة موقعة ممن أصدر الأمر بالسجن .
