يقيم المحبوسون احتياطيا فى أماكن منفصلة عن أماكن غيرهم من المسجونين، ويجوز التصريح للمحبوس احتياطيا بالإقامة فى غرفة مؤثثة مقابل مبلغ يحدده مساعد الوزير لقطاع مصلحة السجون، لا يقل عن خمسة عشر جنيها يوميا، مع مراعاة ما تسمح به الأماكن والمهمات بالسجن، ووفقا للإجراءات والقواعد التى تحددها اللائحة الداخلية.

يقيم المحبوسون احتياطيا فى أماكن منفصلة عن أماكن غيرهم من المسجونين ؛ ويجوز التصريح للمحبوس احتياطيا بالإقامة فى غرفة مؤثثة مقابل مبالغ لا يجاوز ١٥٠ مليما يوميا ، وذلك فى حدود ما تسمح به الأماكن والمهمات بالسجن وفق ما تبينه اللائحة الداخلية .
