Article 34 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law

يفرض رسم قدره ستة آلاف جنيه عن رخصة الاتجار فى الأسلحة أو ذخائرها أو صنعها، وتجدد الرخصة كل ثلاث سنوات برسم قدره خمسة آلاف جنيه، وفى حالة قيام أحد التجار المرخص لهم بترخيص محل آخر عن ذات النشاط تزاد الرسوم بنسبة (50%) كما يفرض رسم ترخيص لإصلاح الأسلحة قدره ألفا جنيه، وتجدد الرخصة كل ثلاث سنوات برسم قدره ألفا جنيه.

بالأسلحة أو ذخائرها أو صنعها وتجدد كل سنة برسم قدره خمسة جنيهات .
كما يفرض رسم ترخيص لاصلاح الأسلحة قدره خمسة جنيهات ويجدد
سنويا برسم قدره جنيه .
