يعاقب كل عمدة أو شيخ تضبط في دائرته أسلحة أو ذخائر لم يسلمها حائزها
أو محرزوها بغرامة قدرها ألف جنيه إذا ثبت علمه بوجودها ولم يبلغ عنها وتتعدد الغرامات
بقدر عدد الأسلحة المضبوطة .
