يفرض رسم بنسبة 25% من الرسم المستحق طبقا للمادة السابقة، وتخصص حصيلة هذا الرسم لتطوير دار المحفوظات العمومية، وغرف الحفظ، وتدرج هذه الحصيلة فى حساب خاص بالبنك المركزى المصرى.
ويصدر قرار من وزير المالية بقواعد واجراءات الصرف من هذا الحساب فى أغراضه.
