يترتب على صرف المعاش للعضو أن يمتنع عن مزاولة أى عمل من أعمال المهنة ، أيا كان نوعه ، ويرفع اسمه من جداول النقابة . ويجوز للعضو الذى يرغب فى العودة إلى مزاولة المهنة أن يطلب إعادة قيد اسمه فى جداول النقابة ، وفى هذه الحالة يوقف صرف المعاش له .
