تقدم طلبات صرف المعاش كتابة إلى النقابة حتى آخر شهر أكتوبر من كل سنة ، وعلى لجنة الصندوق ترتيب المعاش للطالب متى توافرت فيه الشروط المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون وذلك قبل آخر شهر ديسمبر من نفس السنة .
