إذا أصاب العضو عجز كامل يمنعه من مزاولة المهنة أو توفى أثناء عضويته وكانت مدة اشتغاله بالمهنة أو عضويته لاتقل عن عشر سنوات ، ولا يقل عمره عن ثلاثين سنة ، كان له أو للمستحقين عنه معاش شهرى بواقع واحد من ثلاثين من المعاش الكامل عن كل سنة من سنوات اشتغاله بالمهنة ، ويثبت العجز الكامل بتقرير من لجنة طبية يعينها مجلس النقابة .
وفى حالة وفاة العضو الذى يتقاضى معاشا من النقابة يؤول معاشه إلى المستحقين عنه .
