مع عدم الإخلال بالحق فى إقامة الدعوى الجنائية أو المدنية أو التأديبية يؤاخذ تأديبيا طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون كل عضو يخالف الواجبات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون أو يخرج على مقتضى الواجب فى مزاولة عمله أو يظهر بما من شأنه الإضرار بكرامته أو يأتى عملا يتنافى مع آدابه أو يلحق ضررا ماديا أو أدبيا بالنقابة .
