لا يجوز للعضو اتخاذ إجراءات قضائية ضد عضو آخر بسبب عمل من أعماله الفنية إلا بعد مضى شهر على الأقل من تاريخ إبلاغ شكواه إلى مجلس النقابة ، ومع ذلك يجوز له اتخاذ الإجراءات الوقتية اللازمة للمحافظة على حقوقه .
