يؤدى العضو العامل اليمين الآتية ، وذلك أمام مجلس النقابة " أقسم بالله العظيم أن أصون مصلحة الوطن وأن أؤدى رسالتى بالشرف والأمانة وأن أحافظ على كرامة المهنة وأن أحترم تقاليدها وأن أبذل الجهد للقيام بجميع الواجبات التى يفرضها قانون النقابة تحقيقا لأهدافها " .
