يشترط لصحة قرارات الجمعية العمومية فيما يتعلق بتقرير حل النقابة أو اقتراح تعديل قانونها أو سحب الثقة من النقيب أو عزل أعضاء مجلس النقابة أن تكون بأغلبية ثلثي أعضاء الجمعية العمومية .
