تستمر المجالس الحالية لنقابات المهن التمثيلية والسينمائية والموسيقية فى القيام بأعمالها طبقا لاختصاصاتها المنصوص عليها فى قرار رئيس الجمهورية العربية المتحدة بالقانون رقم ١١٨ لسنة ١٩٥٨ المشار إليه وذلك بصفة مؤقتة لحين تشكيل مجلس جديد لكل نقابة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
