ينشأ اتحاد عام لنقابات المهن التمثيلية والسينمائية والموسيقية وتكون له الشخصية الاعتبارية ويكون مقره مدينة القاهرة ويتكون الاتحاد من رئيس الاتحاد وهيئات مكاتب النقابات الثلاث.

ينشأ اتحاد عام لنقابات المهن التمثيلية والسينمائية والموسيقية وتكون له الشخصية الاعتبارية ويكون مقره مدينة القاهرة
ويتكون من هيئات مكاتب مجالس إدارات النقابات الثلاث وينتخب من بينهم هيئة مكتب للاتحاد العام من رئيس ووكيلين وسكرتير وأمين صندوق بحيث تمثل النقابات الثلاث فى هذه الهيئة .
مدة هذا الاتحاد أربع سنوات مرتبطة بانتخابات النقابات .
