على التاجر او من يئول اليه المحل التجارى او الممثلين القانونيين للشخص الاعتبارى حسب الاحوال ان يطلبوا طبقا
للاوضاع المقررة محو القيد فى السجل التجارى فى الاحوال الاتية : -
١ - اعتزال التاجر تجارته . ومغادرته البلاد نهائيا او وفاته.
٢ -انتهاء تصفية الشخص الاعتبارى او توقف نشاطه .
