يكون مقر المحكمة المختصة بدعاوى فرض الحراسة مدينة القاهرة ويجوز أن تعقد جلساتها فى عاصمة المحافظة الكائن بها موطن المطلوب فرض الحراسة على أمواله أو التى تكون فيها مصالحه المالية التالية .
