Article 76 of the Agricultural Professions Syndicate Law

لمجلس النقابة الحق في تقرير معاش أو إعانة للعضو إذا توافرت فيه الشروط الآتية :
( أولا ) أن يكون قد دفع رسوم الاشتراك المستحقة عليه مالم يكن قد أعفى منها بقرار من مجلس النقابة .
( ثانيا ) أن يثبت عجزه صحيا عن مزاولة المهنة بقرار من القومسيون الطبي العام قبل بلوغه سن الستين .
( ثالثا ) أن يكون قد أحيل إلى المعاش أو بلغ سن الستين بشرط أن يكون قد مضى على عضويته بالنقابة مدة لا تقل عن ١٥ سنة على الأقل .
وفي جميع الأحوال تحدد اللائحة الداخلية قواعد صرف المعاشات والإعانات في ضوء موارد الصندوق .
