تؤلف الهيئات التأديبية للنقابة من درجتين وتؤلف الدرجة الأولى من :
أحد وكيل النقابة ، رئيسا .
أستاذ بإحدى كليات الزراعة بالجامعات المصرية يختاره مجلس النقابة .
عضو يعينه مجلس النقابة لمدة سنة من بين أعضائه .
وتؤلف الدرجة الثانية من :
النقيب ، رئيسا .
مستشار الدولة لوزارة الزراعة أو من ينوب عنه .
عضو يعينه مجلس النقابة لمدة سنة من بين أعضائه .
