يجوز للطالب أن يطعن في القرار الذي يصدر برفض القيد وذلك خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لتاريخ إعلانه بهذا القرار .
و يفصل مجلس النقابة في الطعن بعد تكليف الطاعن بالحضور بكتاب مسجل مصحوب بعلم الوصول لسماع أقواله و يكون قرار المجلس برفض الطعن نهائيا .
ومع ذلك يجوز للطالب أن يجدد طلبه بعد مضى سنتين على الأقل من تاريخ إعلانه بالقرار النهائي .
