يكون الطعن في صحة انعقاد الجمعية العامة وفي قراراتها من حق ستين عضوا ممن حضروا الجمعية العامة للفرع وبباقي الشروط والأوضاع الواردة في المادة ٢٢ من هذا القانون . كما يحق لوزير الزراعة الطعن طبقا للنص الوارد في المادة المذكورة .
