إذا خلا مركز رئيس الفرع بالوفاة أو الاستقالة أو أى سبب آخر حل محله من ينتخبه مجلس إدارة الفرع إلى أن تنتخب الجمعية العامة للفرع في أول اجتماع لاحق خلفا له .
و إذا خلا مكان عضو الفرع حل مكانه ولباقي مدته العضو الحاصل على أكبر عدد من الأصوات بعد آخر من انتخب على نفس المستوى ، وعند التساوي يجرى الاقتراع .
