إذا فقد أحد أعضاء مجلس الفرع شرطا من شروط الأهلية سقطت عضويته بقرار من مجلس النقابة .
ولمجلس الفرع أن يقرر سقوط عضوية من غاب عن جلساته خمس جلسات متوالية بغير عذر يقبله المجلس ، وذلك بعد دعوته لسماع أقواله بخطاب موصى عليه ، ويشترط لصحة هذا القرار تصديق مجلس إدارة النقابة عليه .
