تقدم طلبات الترشيح للمراكز الخالية لمجلس النقابة خلال شهر توفمبر من كل عام في الموعد الذي يحدده و يعلن عنه مجلس النقابة ، وذلك على النموذج الخاص بذلك مع دفع تأمين قدره جنيهان لا يرد إلا إذا حصل العضو على عشر أصوات الناخبين على المستوى العام أو الإقليمي .
