Article 8 of the Administrative Seizure Law

لا يجوز حجز الثمار المتصلة ولا المزروعات القائمة قبل
نضجها بأكثر من خمسة وخمسين يوما وإلا كان الحجز باطلا .
وفى تطبيق حكم الفقرة السابقة يجب أن يبين فى محضر الحجز موضع
الأرض واسم الحوض ومساحتها وحدودها ونوع المزروعات أو نوع
الأشجار وعددها وما ينتظر أن يحصد أو يجنى أو ينتج منها على وجه
التقريب على أن يكال المحصول أو يوزن بعد جمعه ويثبت ذلك
فى محضر الحجز .
