لكل من المدين والحائز أن يودع خزانة المحافظة أو المديرية
المختصة حتى اليوم السابق على اليوم المعين للمزايدة الأولى أو الثانية مبلغا
يفى بالمطلوبات والمصروفات بأكملها لغاية نهاية الشهر الذى تقع فيه جلسة
البيع و إعلان المحافظ أو المدير بهذا الإيداع .
وفى هذه الحالة يقرر المحافظ أو المدير أو وكيله إلغاء إجراءات الحجز
والبيع ومرسى المزاد الأول و إجراءات البيع إذا كان قد تم شىء من ذلك
ويحرر بالإلغاء محضر وتسلم صورة منه [غير مقروء]
