إذا لم يتقدم أحد للمزايدة بالجلسة الجديدة اعتبر المقرر
بالزيادة مشتريا بالثمن الذى قبل الشراء به فى تقريره وعليه أداء باقى الثمن
والمصروفات ورسوم الشهر فورا وإلا أعيد البيع بالمزاد على ذمته طبقا
لما نصت عليه المادة ٥٩
