فى شخص أو واضع اليد مهما كانت صفته بالكيفية المقررة لإعلان محضر
حجز المنقولات وتوضح فيه البيانات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٤٠ )
ومساحة العقار المحجوز وثمنه الأساسى .
