Article 40 of the Administrative Seizure Law

يبدأ التنفيذ على العقار بإعلان يوجهه مندوب الحاجز
إلى المدين صاحب العقار فى شخصه أو واضع اليد مهما كانت صفته ويتضمن
تنبيها بالأداء و إنذارا بحجز العقار .
ويشتمل الإعلان على بيان المبالغ المطلوبة وأنواعها وتواريخ استحقاقها
ووصف العقار أو المحل أو الأعمال المستحقة عليها هذه المبالغ وذلك بيان
موقعه بإيضاح حدوده واسم الحوض ورقمه — إذا كان أرضا زراعية —
واسم القسم أو الشارع أو الحارة ورقم الملك — إذا كان عقارا فى المدن —
وغير ذلك من البيانات التى تفيد فى تعيينه .
