يخصم مندوب [غير مقروء] من الثمن فى البيع إذا نتج من بيع
بعض المحجوزات مبلغ كاف لوفاء المبالغ المحجوز من أجلها والمصروفات
المطلوبة حتى نهاية الشهر الذى يقع فيه البيع ، وما يوقع بعدذلك من الحجوز
تحت يد مندوب الحاجز لا يتناول إلا ما زاد على وفاء ما ذكر .
