تضاف للمادة 100 من قانون التأمين الاجتماعى الصادر بالقانون رقم 79 لسنة 1975 فقرة أخيرة نصها الآتى:
"ويجوز لوزير التأمينات بعد موافقة مجلس ادارة الهيئة المختصة نقل ملكية الدار لوزارة الشئون الاجتماعية، وذلك مقابل سداد التكلفة على أقساط سنوية بما لا يجاوز خمس سنوات".
