مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها أى قانون آخر يعاقب على كل مخالفة
لأحكام أى من المواد ( ٦ ، ٧ ، ٨ ) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين ألف جنيه
ولا تجاوز عشرة ملايين جنيه .
وللمحكمة بدلا من الحكم بالمصادرة أن تقضى بغرامة بديلة تعادل قيمة المنتج محل النشاط
المخالف.
