Article 19 bis (a) of the Competition Law

يجب إخطار الجهاز بأى تركز اقتصادى يستوفى الشروط الموضحة فى المادة
(١٩ مكررا) من هذا القانون ، ولا يجوز تنفيذ التركز الاقتصادى قبل الحصول على
موافقة الجهاز .
ولا يخل الالتزام بالإخطار المشار إليه بالفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة بواجب
الإخطار المنصوص عليه فى أى قانون آخر أو فى الاتفاقات الدولية التى تكون
جمهورية مصر العربية طرفا فيها .
