يكون للعاملين بالجهاز الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع
الوزير المختص بناء على اقتراح المجلس صفة الضبطية القضائية فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون .
ويكون لهؤلاء العاملين الحق فى الاطلاع لدى أية جهة حكومية أو غير حكومية على الدفاتر
والمستندات والحصول على المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لفحص الحالات المعروضة على الجهاز .
