يكون للجهاز موازنة مستقلة تعد على نمط موازنات الهيئات العامة الخدمية ويرحل
الفائض منها من سنة مالية إلى أخرى، وتتكون موارد الجهاز مما يأتى : -
(١) ما يخصص للجهاز فى الموازنة العامة للدولة .
(٢) المنح والهبات وأية موارد أخرى يقبلها مجلس إدارة الجهاز بما لا يتعارض مع أهدافه.
(٣) حصيلة الرسوم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
