Article 1 of the Tax Payment Incentives Law (1999)

يمنح الممول حافزا مقابل أداء أية ضريبة واجبة الأداء أو مقابل تأخير أو مبالغ إضافية أخرى مستحقة عليه أو أية ضريبة لم تصبح واجبة الأداء بعد, وذلك على النحو الآتى:
(1) 15% على المبالغ التى يتم دفعها حتى 30/ 6/ 1999
(2) 12% على المبالغ التى يتم دفعها من 1/ 7/ 1999 حتى 30/ 9/ 1999
(3) 10% على المبالغ التى يتم دفعها من 1/ 10/ 1999 حتى 31/ 12/ 1999
