يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر
من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون بناء على عرض مشترك من الوزراء المختصين بشئون
الخدمات البيطرية والبيئة والتنمية المحلية ، وإلى أن تصدر هذه اللائحة يستمر العمل
بالقرارات السارية بما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه .
ويجب أن تتضمن اللائحة التنفيذية التدابير والإجراءات التي يجوز للجهات
المعنية اتخاذها تنفيذا لأحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق .
