يكون المستثمر أو ممثله مسئولا عن مراقبة عمليات الطيران الخاصة بطائرته بما يضمن القيام بها طبقا لمستويات السلامة المحددة وتنفيذا لأحكام القوانين والقواعد والأنظمة الصادرة بشأنها.
