اعتماد أدلة العمليات والطيران:
1 – على المستثمر أن يقدم الى سلطات الطيران المدنى عددا مناسبا من النسخ من دليل عملياته وأية تعديلات خاصة به وذلك للاعتماد.
2 – على المستثمر أن يقدم الى سلطات الطيران المدنى نسختين من دليل طيران كل طائرة يقوم بتشغيلها وذلك للاعتماد.
ويلتزم المستثمر بحمل نسخة معتمدة من هذا الدليل على الطائرة أثناء رحلاتها كما يلتزم باضافة أى تعديل لهذا الدليل بعد الاعتماد من سلطات الطيران المدنى.
