دليل الطيران:
على المستثمر أن يوفر دليلا لكل طائرة يقوم بتشغيلها معتمدا من سلطات الطيران المدنى لدولة صانع الطائرة ويحتوى على المعلومات التى تلزم أعضاء طاقم الطائرة للقيام بواجباتهم على مستوى السلامة المطلوب سواء فى الظروف العادية أو الطارئة.
ويجب أن يتضمن هذا الدليل معلومات عن الطائرة ومحركاتها وأجهزتها ومعداتها وطرق تشغيلها العادية والاضطرارية وأدائها والحدود المقررة للتشغيل.
