اجازات المراقبين الجويين وصلاحيات حامليها:
(1) يحدد وزير الطيران المدنى – بناء على اقتراح سلطات الطيران المدنى قواعد إصدار وتجديد ومدة سريان الاجازات الخاصة بالمراقبين الجويين.
(2) تصدر سلطات الطيران المدنى الاجازات المذكورة.
(3) لا يجوز للمراقب الجوى أن يعمل فى أى وحدة من وحدات المراقبة الجوية ما لم يحصل على الاجازة الخاصة بهذه الوحدة.
