اجازات الصيانة وصلاحيات حامليها:
(1) يحدد وزير الطيران المدنى – بناء على اقتراح سلطات الطيران المدنى قواعد إصدار وتجديد ومدة سريان مفعول اجازات صيانة هياكل الطائرات ومحركاتها وأجهزتها والصلاحيات التى تخولها كل اجازة لحائزها وكذلك شروط اعتماد الاجازات الأجنبية.
(2) تصدر سلطات الطيران المدنى الأجازات المشار اليها فى البند الملحق.
(3) تعتمد سلطات الطيران المدنى الأجازات المشار اليها فى البند (1) متى كانت صادرة من دولة أخرى.
