المنشآت فى المناطق الخاضعة للارتفاق:
لا يجوز تشييد أى بناء أو اقامة أية عوائق فى المناطق المشمولة بحقوق الارتفاق الجوية، أو اجراء أى تغيير فى طبيعة أو جهة استعمال الأراضى الخاضعة للارتفاق الا بموجب ترخيص مسبق من سلطات الطيران المدنى وطبقا للشروط المقررة.
