الأشياء المحظور نقلها:
لا يجوز نقل الاشياء التالية بالطائرات الا بتصريح مسبق من سلطات الطيران المدنى ووفقا للشروط الواردة فى هذا التصريح:
(1) المتفجرات أو المفرقعات، الا ما كان لازما لتسيير الطائرة أو لاعطاء الاشارات المقررة.
(2) الأسلحة والذخائر.
(3) المواد النووية والنظائر المشعة وكل ما يتعلق بها.
(4) الغازات السامة.
(5) الجراثيم والمواد الخطرة.
(6) كل شىء آخر يحظر نقله بقرار من السلطات المختصة.
